  • Rosanna Caira

    Editor & Publisher

    Rosanna Caira is the editor and publisher of Kostuch Media’s Foodservice and Hospitality, and Hotelier magazines. In her capacity as editor of Canada’s two leading hospitality publications, Rosanna directs the editorial and graphic content of both publications, and is responsible for the editorial vision of the magazines, its five websites as well as the varied tertiary products including e-newsletters, supplements and special projects. In addition to her editorial duties, Rosanna also serves as publisher of the company, directing the strategic development of the Sales and Marketing, Production and Circulation departments. Rosanna is the face of the magazines, representing the publications at industry functions and speaking engagements. She serves on various committees and Boards, including the Board of Directors of the Canadian Hospitality Foundation. She is a recipient of the Ontario Hostelry’s Gold Award in the media category. In 2006, Rosanna was voted one of the 32 most successful women of Italian heritage in Canada. Rosanna is a graduate of Toronto’s York University, where she obtained a BA degree in English literature.

  • Margaret Moore

    Art Director

    Margaret Moore is an award-winning graphic designer. Margaret originally joined Kostuch Media in 1995 after graduating from Durham College.  After leaving to pursue other interests and starting her own graphic arts company, Margaret returned to Kostuch as its art director in 2013. Her experience, strong design sense and creativity, have earned her recognition across the country and internationally. For Margaret, creativity is a way of life, and she often finds inspiration in the most unexpected places.

  • Amy Bostock

    Managing Editor

    Amy joined the Kostuch Media team in 2015. In her role as Managing Editor, Amy oversees the flow of content for both Foodservice & Hospitality and Hotelier magazines. Since graduating from Ryerson University’s journalism program in 1998, Amy has worked extensively in the publishing world in both print and online environments. Although her career began in community newspapers, Amy found her niche in the magazine industry — most recently at the helm of Direct Marketing magazine. She possesses a love of food trucks that borders on an obsession and loves to try and re-create what she eats back home in her own kitchen.

  • Jackie Sloat-Spencer

    Associate Editor

    Jackie Sloat-Spencer joined the Kostuch team as assistant editor in 2011. Since that time, Jackie has worked in a variety of roles including Special Projects editor for Foodservice and Hospitality and Hotelier magazines. In her new role as associate editor, Jackie works with freelancers to generate engaging content for Hotelier magazine readers, in addition to writing extensively for both print publications, websites and newsletters. Jackie holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Bachelor of Education from York University, as well as a post-graduate certificate in Publishing from Ryerson University.
